Shankill Bowling Club, Ireland
Visit 4th April 2006
 Benalmadena
hosted a visit by the Shankill Bowling Club of Ireland on the 4th April
2006. Some 24 players from Shankill made the journey and 6 games of
"Rinks" were played. (right - Pennant

The overall result was 3 rinks to each but Benalmadena won on
points. A very enjoyable day was had by all and there were murmurings of
another visit next year to which I am sure, all players will look forward too.
 Shankill presented a lovely pennant in commemoration of the
their visit which was inscribed, very aptly with the words " In Friendship

 At
the end of play members and visitors alike all retired to the club house to
quench their thirsts and exchange stories. (right- Nick
